We just recently found a ton of old patches. We will list them as fast as we can. This one is an Air Force Operational Test & Evaluation Center Patch. It is approx. 3 1/2 x 3 1/4 inches. These look to be new old stock but they do have some slight wear. They were just thrown in a box in a basement. We picked up 10 of these and as usual first buyer gets the best quality one and so on.
