When we saw this we had to have it. It is an Owl clip of some sort. We are not sure if it was a paper weight clip for a desk or if it was meant to be hung on the wall. The clip is approx. 3 1/4 x 1 1/2 inches. The clip is loose so it wont hold anything if it hung on a wall but if it is on the the weight of the top part will hold papers down.
