Vintage Military Medic Bag First Aid Box Belt Bag Pouch Rustic Man Cave Army WWII

Check out this cool military pouch. We thought it had a great vintage look to it and had to have it. It looks to possible have been a medical pouch but we are not positive. Its still in very nice shape and its approx. 12 x 6 inches. It would make a nice display piece or even great for boy scout troops.
