This is a Chandler All Steel Trimmer. It is approx. 11 1/2 x 8 x 1 1/2 inches. It does have some wear but still works nicely. It looks to be stamped and it says "University of Pittsburgh". This can be used as a craft/paper or photography trimmer. The blade does have some rust but still cuts. Please check out the photos for a closer look and if you have any questions please let me know.
