We love finding old tins. They make such awesome display pieces and they always have great advertising on them. We just recently picked up a ton of great tins so make sure you check the others out as well. This one is a Dixon's Flake Graphite Tin from the Joseph Dixon Crucible Co. in Jersey City. It is approx. 7 x 7 x 5 1/4 inches and it has some wear. There is some rust, scratches and is missing the lid. I think this would make an awesome planter.
