This is an absolutely awesome dynamite explosives crate. It is a Dupont crate and its stamped "July 6, 1949". The crate is made of wood and is in really good condition considering its age. It does have some wear as you can see from the photos but its very solid and built to last. On photo 4 as you can see there is some sort of stamped ink on the back of the piece. It is approx. 18 x 12 x 9 1/2 inches. We picked up two of these crates they are both identical but have different stamped dates. The corners are dovetailed and this would make a stunning display piece. It features graphics on two sides of the box.
