Vintage Large Paper Cutter Ingento No. 4 Ideal School Supply Co Industrial Photography Craft Trimming Board Wood Metal Black

This is an Ingento No. 4 Paper Cutter made by Ideal School Supply Company in Chicago. It is approx. 18 x 13 1/2 x 3 inches. It does have some wear, scratches and chips but still works pretty good. Underneath it still has the original paper directions. The blade does have some rust and could use a little sharpening.
